At Sotheby’s International Realty, she led global marketing programs and business planning support to international brokerages in 70+ countries.

In the luxury real estate sector, she has partnered with leading brokerages to elevate their presence in the high-end market by creating strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing agent enablement programs, and driving impactful approaches to listing and client engagement strategies.

In 2024, Daniela founded FREWA, a boutique advisory firm offering tailored strategies to luxury brands in real estate, fashion, and hospitality.
